SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We are committed to shipping within 3 to 15 days for all orders confirmed before 3 PM Portugal time.

This commitment is fulfilled in most cases, although it may depend on the type of service chosen by the buyer and the nature of the materials, as well as the conditions and dimensions of the packaging.

Although we do our best to ensure prompt delivery of your order, we understand that this is not always possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, we promise to refund the shipping cost, provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving it through the online Customer Service available in the store.

Packages are usually delivered within two days of payment verification and are shipped via courier with package tracking and delivery without signature verification upon arrival.

If you prefer extra shipping with signature verification, a special cost will apply. Therefore, please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the method chosen, we will provide a link to track the package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two or more different orders into a single shipment. Shipping fees will be applied to each shipment.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

The boxes are large enough and your items are shipped well protected.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If the online customer wishes to return the equipment or request a refund, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is intact, exactly as it was when shipped, and accompanied by the invoice.
